The white mill.

In Arnhem at Sonsbeek park.

A great place to have lunch.

Maybe you know Arnhem from the movie 'A bridge to far', about operation 'Market Garden', battle of Arnhem, during World War Two. It is a beautifull town in the province of Gelderland, in the south of the country where I live, Nederland. Almost two weeks ago I spend some time there and met up with some good Steem friends. And I had a great time there with them. Sonsbeek park is just amazing, and it is almost a pitty to only spend a few hours there.

One authentic spot to have lunch, for instance, is The White Mill, close to the road and near the Sonsbeek Villa. They serve a great Oldamsterdam old cheese sandwich. That I choose because of the name. It comes with mustard with the seeds still whole, that gives an extra punch to it. Love the taste. The way the mustard is made still with the seeds in one piece is typical southern Nederlans style. In the north, where I live the seeds in the mustard are crushed. My preference is the southern style mustard.

The filtered photo in this post was made at that moment my friends and I where there. Guess that was a first Steem meet and greet for us. It was great being in Arnhem, also because it is known as Bitcoin town and I could actually pay with BTC. It was a bit tough to say goodbye to my friends and to Arnhem. Sure hope to go back there again some day soon. Looking forward to spending some time there again with my friends at Rose's at the borders of the river Rijn. Already know what drink is going to be on the menu.

And now I make sure I won't have eaten some Old Amsterdam cheese sandwich with mustard before we go there. Also I will speak more in English and less about blockchain stuff.

Have a great one!
