Is it the snot that occupied my brain? Have I gone totally insane? Well, in both might be some truth. The common cold struck me down last saturday and it is quite noisy inside my head right now. "Never mind that, get to the TULIP chase already!", I hear you shout and you are right, why the drag along. The TULIP hand-out cliffhanger has taken enough time as it is? No, I want those who want in on the TULIP bulb mania coin run make sure they can join in. Because even if it is a free hand-out, of a lot of TULIP per account, there are some rules and they are strict. Also I do not have time to discuss things like using a Waves address of an exchange, like Bittrex. All I will do is just send them WAVES and TULIP. They only are an Asset on the Waves Decentralized EXchange, please make sure you have a Wallet there first.
And no, this is not the hand-out yet! So stay on your tip-toes, be al;ert for my upcoming posts... This is a Steem original, the first hand-out will be here. If not all are given away, after the hand-out closed down, the rest will be handed-out elsewhere. But, here they will be handed out first. And hopefully all. Including a bit of WAVES too. Yet, I also have a life, besides this, so there is cap on the amount of hand-outs. Once that is reached, it is game-over, done with, and my time for checking and sending begins. (And now I wonder why on earth did I come up with this idea?) It is a manual job, so it will take quite a while.

Yes, the first 43 to match the hand-out rules will receive 37 TULIPs and 0.009 WAVES will also come with that. And again I'm thinking if I really did go crazy, it will be very time consuming. That is why I really will be very strict about the rules. So, please, be very aware of this on forehand. Because I really will flag any shait that I think is SPAM, or BEGGERS rubbish, just like telling me this is a good Post, because I know I make awesome articles. So, first of all: DO NOT BUG ME WITH ANY KIND OF BULLSHAIT! Read my post, respond to the content. And do not dare to try and sell me some website. Or you if you want to have a flag, just go ahead and do those things that I dislike. Okay, now we have that very clear....
THE RULES
First come, first served.
That is easy, the first 43 that apply, matching all rules, will get their 37 TULIPs and 0.009 WAVES.
Folow my account.
That is an easy one too. There is even a special button for that. It is easier to be aware of the hand-out when you do anyway.
Give a 100% Upvote.
As some members can not give a lower percentage upvote, as they do not have a slider, a full 100% upvote is needed. This will give members who have less then 500 Steem Power a great change to get some TULIPs. (The hand out post itself will be 100% Power Up.)
Reputation of at least 30.
This is not that hard, really, just post some nice articles, reply to some other members their posts at Steem. In a way that shows you actually respond to the content and you'll have a reputation of 30+ in no time. But, get on with it, because I will start the hand-out post soon...
Post count of at least 50.
That sounds a lot maybe, but remember, a reply also counts as a post. Just make sure you stay away from SPAMMING and you'll have 50+ in not time, with a reputation to match!
Reply with a valid WAVE account.
That is important, because I am not going to check, or create some kind of refund system. A valid Wave account address is the one that comes with the WAVES DEX light clients. Like the one for the Chrome browser and for Android or for Apple mobiles.
NO REFUNDS.
If there are Bittrex or any other Wave supporting exchanges addresses being used, than that is a pitty. Because then then TULIP I have send will become owned by Bittrex, or the other exchanges, and not you. And I will just send the WAVES and TULIP out to those who applied and did stick with the rules. It could of course be that Bittrex and the other exchanges will start to support TULIP, but I would not count on it. So, if you replied with the wrong Waves address, there is nothing I can and will do about it.
When I start the TULIP hand-out post I will start with the payments right away. Because I can check who fits the rules and thus will get the 37 TULIPs and 0.009 WAVEs. This post is a reminder that I will handle things very strictly. And that the end of the hand-out is when the 7 days Steem post payout has been closed.
There is a small chance TULIPs will get verified by the Waves platform. They can however still be used as an asset on the WAVES DEX. And it would be great if there were some exchanges supporting them. But it started as a fun project and maybe it will become more. The TULIP will be quite rare, only 1637 will ever be released. And it has just three decimals.
Soon it will be your chance to get 37 of them and a bit of Waves so you can give away some or start trading. And who knows, you might be a king of the TULIP soon...

PS The hand-out is free, but will need some Proof Of Steem Interaction {POSI}. This is the way TULIPs will be spread, it is not an ICO {initial coin offering}, nor and ITO {initial token offering}or a CLONE (like bcash or 2xNovember).
