Could it get to the top 3?

That would need a market price for EOS of close to 50 USD. At the current amount of EOS on the market, and it is just passed half the amount to be issued. If it got to fifty dollar per EOS, with all 1 billion on the market, it would get to second spot. Could it get that high? Well, it seems there is a lot of demand lately for EOS with a higher 24 hour volume than Bgold. The Log scale looks good, like this trend is moving up quite steep in december.

Well, things are looking very bright for Cryptos anyway. It might be a good idea to stop using divide and conquer things like 'Bitcoin and Altcoins', as if one is real and all the others are not. Even Bitcoin is an Altcoin then, compared to the 1997 Crypto called HashCash. The total market cap is closing in on 350 billion and I do expect half a trillion soon, maybe even before 2018. Cryptos are entering mainstream, like a recent episode of the popular comedy 'The Big Bang Theory' showed. That kind of product placement is extremely expensive to buy, jusk ask Siri... A whole episode created around Bitcoin. Not the best TBBT episode ever, I admit that, but still, great to watch, because it is about Cryptos, primetime and worldwide! This is just the beginning...

So, claiming that EOS will go to 50 USD one day, maybe even enter the top 10 already this weekend, is it really too far fetched? It is possible, just like Steem can get to 12 USD, not in ten years, but way sooner, ten months perhaps, who knows. Bitshares getting more support, going at 1 USD one day, when people start to understand the need for a decentralized exchange that has very stable pegged Assets. Just meaning it is quite safe to store value in bitUSD, bitEUR or even bitGOLD. It is not all dips and peaks in the Cryptos realm, there is much more to it. And as centralized exchanges will become a near future control target for governments, the demand for decentralized exchanges will grow. That is good for Bitshares, Steem, all their code relatives and of course EOS. The Crypto days are coming...

Still, remember, only invest in Cryptos what you are willing and able to lose. And your speculation might be as bad or as good as mine.
