You have to be a Steem blockchain member to be able to claim those free 37 TULIP and the extras. The only thing is to reply to the original handout post with a Waves DEX {Decentralized EXchange} platform address. Stay away from centralized exchanges, as they do not support TULIP or any other Waves Platform Assets.
The bonus handout might look quite huge. Remember though that in order for anything to get and hold value it needs to be traded. There is never a buy/sell guarantee. The TULIP asset was created to celebrate the 380th birthday of the Tulip Bulb Mania, which had a peak in the year 1637, and only really lasted a couple of months. Free advertising every time somebody compares Cryptos to what happend in Nederland in the 17th century.

A lot of times I notice that the amount of full Cryptos ever to be released is sold as being what determines it to be scarse. Yet, I think it should be the total amount of the smallest part should be used to determine its scarcity. As this could be held inside an integer variable as a whole number. In other words, Bitcoin is not that scarse: 2'100'000'000'000'000 Satotshi. That is 2.1 Quadrillion Satoshi, which is quite a huge amount.
TULIP is created with only 1000 millis. Meaning there will be only 1'637'000 milli TULIP. Thus it will be much more scarse than Bitcoin and all of its clone split forks. It might not be handy to buy a cup of coffee with 0.001 TULIP, unless money will drop its intrensic value more and more. As you may know bankers money drops in value very fast, this proces is also known as devaluation. Cryptos on the other hand have increased in value and seem to continue this proces, although less hyper as in 2017.
Spread the Crypto message, share the TULIP
That is a major part of why I do this. So if you get your TULIP and suprise bonus for free, why not spread the Crypto word a bit more. You can still sell some too, of course. And now I have been a virtual Multi-Billionair I can understand why being able to give is such fun. Even thouhg I know this will end for me after the last handout has been send out.
