Eurm, Torch my friends.

The Steemian one that is, actually.

Good shall be done.

Maybe you know that song: "The power of Steem", by 'Frenkie goes to Dogoodwood'. It is about passing through a light. And it goes from one Steemian to another, close to lightspeed. Carrying a torch for somebody can actually be quite sad. The misery of a one sided love. But not the 'Steem Torch' though! This one gets passed through.

And as it does the flame becomes stronger and bigger. Because every torch passer adds a little something to the brightness of its light. Meaning we, Steemians, pass on an amount of Steem, from wallet to wallet. While as it does its value grows and grows. Until it has been passed around 337 times. Then that last 'Steem Torch' bearer will decide what happens with the final amount received.

Not for personal use though. Because this is one of those times that Steem shows how its power can be used to do good. As the Steem community has shown on many occasions before. With the speed of light, well okay almost, at 3 seconds per block, the Steem Torch will get passed around ultra fast. (Imagine doing that with Bitcoin... 3 seconds blocks versus 10 minute ones, Steem wins, hands down!)

Anyway, I got it from the fantastic mister @Meesterboom and passed it on to the amazing sir @Smasssh.

Oh, and I did read something about promotion on Twitter? Well, aint that great, I recently closed down all my accounts there, just like on FB. (Except one for private use.) And now I am supposed to use those centralized things again...!? 🥴

Nevermind, I used Steem itself to promote the Steem Torch! 😁👌
