What is going on there?

Transactions seem to be stuck forever.

Hectic everywhere?

This is getting crazy, seen Bitcoin-Cash (to me, and some others, also known as Bitcoin-China/ BCH) go up fast, and then drop, but that was expected: pump and dump. And this could go on for a bit more until 23rd of august 2017. Still they have only about 6.5% of the total (real) Bitcoin mining power. BTC is already going up again, just like many others on the market. It is a real cryptos funny-farm at the moment.

While the original Bitcoin is still going extremely strong at 7 Exa Hashes per second, the China split version is staying far behind. Even though their mining difficulty should have dropped by now. Still does not look like there is more mining support coming in for BCH. Maybe that is why the market value of BTC is on the rise again. Battle of the blockchain giants? This might generate more traffic for other cryptos, filling up those blocks fast, creating a hold up.

This looks to be the case for Litecoin. Normally the first confirmation comes within 2.5 minutes. Yet currently it seems to take forever. There has been a lot of traffic caused by billions of sales per hour on the cryptocurrency market. Although it might be the first time that the 24 hour trade volume went over 10 billion. This must cause a lot of transaction traffic, as the total market cap is heading for 145 billion.

Still it is weird as my LTC seem to have gone and it looks like they have ended up into oblivion... Now I am not really happy about that last part, in particular. Where will my Litecoin turn up, will it ever turn up again somewhere? As something seems to be wrong with the broadcast of any transaction. And that does kind of stress me out right now. Ah well, anyway...
