Somehow the title reminds me of an Iron Maiden album. Anyway, bought a new pair of shoes today for the occasion of my foster brother getting married soon. He is also one of my best friends. And his soon to be wife and he asked me to be master of ceremony on that special day.

And I did say yes almost right away. Later wondering what on earth it is a master of ceremony does actually. And when the wedding card came in I was a bit baffled.

There it was, the official title with my name and mobile number. Hm, so it is an actual real kind of function then...?

Soon after that I got the first call about the wedding day. Can not write here what it was about, cause they might read this. It felt weird, yet I managed.

They are lovely people and I am really honored that they thought I can do the job. We're going to the marriage location soon, discovering the place and me getting instructed. At least I hope so.

They are really looking forward to their special day. And I will do my best to do my part in that. If it where for the shoes it already would be alright. And for the rest I'm a quick learner. It is going to be a beautifull day to remember, I'm sure.
