But this is awesome.
And this is something Steem could do.
Real life App
It does not have to be a beer tap application, of course. In the shared video Bitcoin {BTC} Lightning Network {LN} is being used. Steem could do this too though. 3-2-1, transaction settled and out comes the beer. Imagine you've got Beer tokens and you could use them to pay for a real freshly tapped pint? Vending machines, driven by Open Source, accepting Steem and any of its tokens for payments. Where the vendor can decide to have it exchanged right away to any kind of bankers money, or go all Crypto.
With Steem data of the settlement could be stored on the blockchain too. But if you just bought some rubbers, for instance, you might prefer only to have the transactioncode stored. Which will be the settlementcode on the receipt print, or email, text message, or whatever. The transaction data also could be stored encoded, only to be decrypted by the vendor and client. Steem has got the speed and has a wallet to snapshoot a QR-code and almost instantly settle the sale. Using fingerprint unlocking, for example.
Imagine what cool Real Life projects that could be done, using the Steem blockchain.
Have a great one!
