While having the worst of summer colds.
At least the market is doing more than fine at the moment.
So there is a bright side to all of this
Made it passed 7000 Steem Power {SP}, next tartget to go for is 10K and a reputation of 68. And I did indeed get me some Verge {XVG} when it was still at 0.0008 US Dollar or so. That turned out to be a good idea. Just had a look at its current price and it created a big grin on my face, $ 0.005915 and rising! My speculation for VERGE is that it has at least some cents worth in it. Also bought some Gulden {NLG}, but it kind of goes like Litecoin {LTC}. While Bitcoin already made it passed the 2500 US Dollar mark again. Golos is climbing just fine, have a bit of that, yet I have to make choices. My main focus is still long term. And I am expecting Gulden and Litecoin to go more like blockwave jumps up. Or is it just hope? Maybe I'll wait for NLG to go $ 0.10 and then decide then what to do next.
Just yesterday I though about how Steem should be getting close to $ 1.50 by now. And it looks like it is going for another breakthrough. When the total market capacity goes beyond a 100 billion US Dollar it should be able to go towards $ 1.54, even better times ahead for Steem. And cousin Bitshares is almost breaking through the 12 cents mark. While brother Golos is closing in on 15 cents and going for more. That seems quite a steady climber. While Steem Backed Dollar is still hard as rock. And the overall Bitmoney market capacity is moving in towards the almost magical 100 billion mark! It recoverd beyond 'just fine' at high speed. And actually, 100 billion US Dollar is just a 'small' mark, for the next big move up. It has to grow logicaly reasoned, otherwise a lot of cryptos will have to become useless. Because they only can thrive if the market capacity goes up big time.
There is a balance in there somewhere
Yesterday when I got home there was the bad news that our washingmachine broke down. And it already had been given signals that it was about to go off duty soon. These things have a limited lifespan I guess and it had done our family a good service. Time for a new one, repair is almost as costly and then the next thing will happen after that for sure. Holidays overhere so the laundry has to wait until tomorrow, at least. It is a bit of a bummer, yet these things happen. Still coughing my lungs out and I will be very happy when that is behind me again. Yet on the otherside things are just fine. Long term crypto investments still on an unbelievable huge gain. It almost made me forget that I sold my DigiByte {DGB} and Stratis {STRAT} way too soon. Yet, I came to understand that some good friends did gain a lot on their holdings. So, I am glad they did. My Verge {XVG} investment did make up for it though and I guess it will suprise me even more...
For me looking for a new washingmachine is not that exciting. My focus tends to be on Kilo Watt Hour {KWh} usage per year and how many water it uses, numbers and figures basicly. And then I will be like: "Do we really need a machine that can load 8 Kilo Gram {KG} of laundry?" While my better half is actually the expert on this. Yet, in my mind I already have calculated how much of our savings we are able to use for this necessary expense. So, I am there for feedback and how much can we afford to spend on it. We'll balance it out. And it will probably be a bit over budget, but I do appreciate clean clothes. It is one of those thing you become aware of that they are very handy to have, the moment they are gone.
And while I sniff at a peeled onion again
A quick note on the part of investments in Bitmoney/ Cryptocurrency; Only invest what you are willing and able to lose and your speculation might be as bad or as good as mine...
The cold is really a big bugger. Especially the coughing is almost driving me nuts. So I am trying anything to get it over and done with. Like having a peeled and cut in half onion close by. Ah well, the sun is shining, almost no clouds, the market is on the up. And I am still blockchain blogging at Steem and getting some Fruit Of Work {FOW}. So things are on the bright side of life. This cold will pass...
Have a good one!
Some things are more than just fine
