Hi, yes, it has been a while, well, since I posted something. Dropped by just to show I'm alive and kicking, well, alive, let's leave it at that. There are other things in my life that are keeping me quite occupied. Now and then I visit this site quickly upvote some posts and move on to the things of the day. You know how it goes.

Still editing my last series of winter in Oldambt photography series. All in between the other important things, like drinking coffee. Winter did not kick off that well over here in Nederland, but we had some nice fog and frost effects while it did. And while I was out hiking, well, walking around with my Nikon, I was able to capture some nice images. Hope to make a post of that sooner or later, here first, of course.

Yet, I won't leave you, for now, without sharing a nice piece of art with you. During the photoshoot I came across this beautifull piece of artwork. It was near the entrance of the main park in Winschoten, city of Mills and Roses. (Good name for a band: Mills 'n' Roses...) It was besides a piece of art that can be seen there all year round.

This one could only be seen during the past short winter season. It really made my day as it made me laugh outloud. Kudo's to the artists with that kind of tongue in cheeck humor. That is very 'Nederlands' (or Nederish if you like. NO, don't you dare to call it D*tch! At least then use it totally wrong and say it is Deutsch... Yes, I will go on doing this... Mwoehahahaaaa.)

Ah well, never mind the bollocks, it is ment to be with a wink wink, nudge nugde, anyway. Life seems to be too serious as it is already now and then, so if you cannot laugh, what can ya?

For now, I do wish peace on earth and all being well. Not much to ask for, now is it? Anyway, have a nice day, and not only today, but all days that may follow!

As we say here: "Tot later!" (And if you are about my age, you may get this one too: C U L8R!)

Tjeu!
