This started a while ago as just a kind of a random thought. Not mainly inspired by SteemIt, but that did expand it somehow. And recently I noticed myself stating emphatically that I do things voluntary. Yes, off course, then it hit me, I'm acting of my own free will. But does it speak for itself? No, when I look at the world we live in, then I know it does not. Hierarchy, blindly obey orders, superior versus inferior, boss versus subordinate and master versus slave. Allthought the latter one is not accepted as being a real state of being anymore in Western societies. In my opinion it still is though, just put 'debt-' in front of slave, and you might get it.
Okay, but what has Voluntary Objectives to do with any of this. Well, I really want to get away from all these 'old' classifications. 'Left' versus 'right' and so on, it is just a system of conquer and divide that is still ruling. There is no real human liberty in that, because then we are all struggling in a fight between apparant opposites, while we are really one humanity. We have been and shall be, but it seems a lot of us still have a hard time understanding and accepting this simple truth. We are one, like we were and will be. And we are living together on the same planet. No matter what you believe that is resonsible for creation or how it all came to be and can be, the fact is that we are here, on earth, together. It is madness to act as if we are unequally different. When we are all equivalent and still unique.

Yes, I know 'the system' is not just gone in a day. The hierarchy piramid is not turned up side down overnight. And I really do prefer evolution over revolution, anytime, because out off chaos only a new hierarchy order would arise. Even worse than the one before. And it is important that we are willing and able to forgive all that has been done wrong, to learn from that, to be able to unite humanity towards a better future. And also that cannot be done overnight, realism tells me to state so. Small steps, always keep looking for the bigger picture. Be aware of the 'ismn' traps with the 'pro' against the 'contra' riscs that might try to divide and conquer us all again. To understand that the only way to get peace is by surrendering to it. Just as knowing in your heart that love just is what it is. It is that simple, actually.
But I know it is not something that will reach the awareness of all of humanity just like that. So that is where for me Voluntary Objectives came to life, as the true nature of humanity. Is it something that we all have in common. Maybe not something we are aware of yet, or able to accept as being true. But it can be part of an ongoing natural human evolution.
It can even be a license, and so much more, but let's start simple
At some point I almost became like a GNU Linux 'preacher', or Open Source promotor in general. It is one of my Voluntary Objectives to spread the word of Free Open Source, for just about anything. And I do this out off my own free will. But how? Well, I help with sharing knowledge, not claiming I know everything about Linux, for instance, for peacesake not. What I know I share when and where I can, and if I don't I will try to find other sources or people who can. Now maybe this is something like you do too. Great, than there are allready more who act out off Voluntary Objectives. Not just doing volutary work, but it can go way beyond that. Still that is also part of it.
And I actively help people get out off the commercial operating and software system by installing GNU Linux on their computer. That for one reason or another cannot handle that expensive stuff anymore, or just chokes on it, got infected by all kinds of trash. And I do this for free, no matter how long it takes me. Sometimes it takes a lot of effort to get an old laptop going again, but it is always great when it succeeds. Specially when the owner of that hardware is pleasantly surprised by the new Operating System that actually looks good too and is blazzingly faster than the previous one.
To me this is part of my Voluntary Objectives and I do it absolutely for free out off my own free will. Because I'm convinced that I can do so and I want too. And the Open Source Community proves that it can indeed innitiate an evolution. Just like Steem on Graphene made SteemIt a platform where I can share my ideas with you.
Slowly it is getting in some kind of form and it is now locked in the blockchain. No need to be registered elsewhere, that 'system' proces has become superfluous. This could be seen as something that the internet and the blockchain technology have pathed a way for the Voluntary Objectives to become a next step in the evolution of humanity. To a new understanding that we are one, like we have been and will be.
