The sun is shining outside.
House painted, garden almost done and some pavement work still to do.
Steem Back Dollar {SBD} hard as rock.
While there is a slight recovery visible again on the cryptos market it is still too early for me to get a hunch where this will go. The last time has been quite a busy period and the agenda is still fully booked for the next couple of weeks. Being busy outside in the garden is even a kind of stress relief. Almost instant results, that is nice for a change. A short break, lunch and then continue with the work outside. Then have a refreshing shower, diner and have a walk in the evening, I hope, enjoying nature.
Although I wanted to pay some bills with some of my cryptos, saved up for that, I'll hold onto them a bit longer. Just like I have not yet bought EOS Tokens. It can wait. First I could not get in the website yesterday and then I decided to get back outside. The weather was great and it felt good. Now when I look at the cryptos charts I feel like it is time to focus on different things. And that means things I do control, that I actually can create and enjoy the work I do. It also feels like I start to repeat myself, like the patterns in the cryptos market. Even that Steem Backed Dollar {SBD} is doing great, I have written it before.
The best way to deal with this apparant repetition, for me, is a change of scenery. That means being active with something completely different. Going from the inside to the outside. From being quite stationary to moving about a lot. And thinking replaced by doing. Looking for that balance, that I know I need. Yin-Yang, that idea, basicly, to go ZEN by doing the opposite of what I have been doing before.
The kitten Louis did recover completely and Levi and he are the little rascals together again. One moment they are, the next the are asleep. It is fun to watch, great to have them around. For now it is time for me to eat some bread and move my activities to the outdoors again. While the cryptos market will do its madhouse thing anyway.
Have a great one!
